INGREDIENTS
Step 1
Cake
5 egg whites meringue
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
5 egg yolks
1 cup cake flour
20 min in oven 350
Mix 5 egg whites until they become meringue then add 1 cup sugar and mix again for one minute. Add vanilla, egg yolks and cake flour. Mix and pour mixture into 8x8 pan and bake for 20 minutes.
When done immediately poke holes all over cake with toothpick.
Step 2
Milk for Cake
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 can whole milk
3 egg yolks
1 tablespoon vanilla
Mix all ingredients. Pour milk mixture slowly and evenly over cake until cake is completely drenched.
Step 3
Meringue
3 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
1 tblsp vanilla
Whip egg whites until meringue then add sugar and vanilla and whip together. Spread meringue over cake refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours and serve. MMMmmmmmmmm Que Rico!
